Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to start the shoot of Acharya from October. Koratala Siva is the director and Acharya is planned on a big-budget. Chiranjeevi has been idle from the past six months to return back to the sets. With several Telugu films continuing to shoot without any unexpected incidents, Chiranjeevi gave green signal for Koratala Siva. But before he starts the shoot, he wanted Koratala Siva to conduct a trial shoot in the sets of Acharya for couple of days.
All the crew members will undergo coronavirus tests before they join the sets of Acharya. All the social distancing guidelines will be followed and facemasks, sanitizers are made mandatory. Ram Charan will join the sets of Acharya initially and Chiranjeevi will join the sets only after Dasara. Some episodes on Charan, Rashmika will be shot initially after which the combination episodes on Chiranjeevi and Charan will be shot. Kajal is the heroine in Acharya and the film is produced by Matinee Entertainments. Acharya is announced for summer 2021 release.
