superstar rajinikanth is on a strict break because of the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic. the actor wanted to resume the shoot of his next film annaatthe after october but considering the current situations and his health, the doctors advised him not to step out. the makers of annaatthe too pushed the shoot of the film to next year. the shoot of annaatthe will now resume in february and the film is aimed for summer 2021 release. shiva is the director of this village-based family entertainer and the film features rajinikanth, meena, khushboo, nayanthara, keerthy suresh and prakash raj in the lead roles.
