Rana Daggubati Hiranyakashyapa |Rana Daggubati is one actor who has been keen on doing roles that will appeal to global audience and gain enough recognition for the actor. He is busy completing Virata Parvam. The social drama is in last leg of shoot and the film will be wrapped up soon. The actor was in talks for a mythological drama titled Hiranyakashyapa which is planned on a budget of Rs 200 crores. Gunasekhar is the director and Suresh Productions are the producers. Rana is expected to play demon god Hiranyakashyapa in the movie.
With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Rana and Suresh Babu
wanted to push Hiranyakashyapa to next year. The regular shoot commences during
the second half of 2021. Gunasekhar in this while decided to complete a small
project Shakunthalam that is announced last evening. The film will be a
women-centric film and a periodic drama. Gunasekhar will return back to
Hiranyakashyapa once he is done with Shakunthalam. Rana will complete the shoot
of Virata Parvam and will focus on the remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum before he
joins the sets of Hiranyakashyapa.
