 Rakul Preet approaches Delhi High Court in drugs case | Tollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh has done an ample number of Telugu films after which she shifted her focus towards Tamil and Hindi films. She hangs out with several actors and actresses during her free time. After the arrest of Rhea Chakraborty by the officials of NCB, the names of Rakul Preet, Sara Ali Khan and Simone Khambatta were speculated in the relation with the drugs case. The national media reportedly telecasted the news which did not go well with Rakul Preet Singh.

The lawyer of the actress approached the Delhi High Court against the media trial in this case. The High Court postponed the next hearing to October 15th and it sought the Centre’s stand in the case. The NCB officials did not summon or investigate Rakul Preet in this case but the media continued to spread the news and rumors told Rakul’s lawyer to the court. The Delhi High Court also sought Centre’s stand in the case. The Delhi Court also directed the Prasar Bharati and News Broadcasters Association to consider the plea of Rakul Preet Singh in the case.
